When I first spotted this LC Lauren Conrad top at Kohl’s I thought, “It’s pretty, but I won’t like it on.” I loved the print and color but wasn’t sure the flowy shape and bishop sleeves would be flattering. Man, was I wrong…

If you know me, you know Lauren Conrad is one of my style icons. So, it’s no surprise I can’t resist her LC Lauren Conrad line every time I make a trip to Kohl’s. On my last visit, I took a handful of her clothing to the dressing room and threw on this shirt first… I thought it’d be a quick, “No,” and then I could move on to the rest of my pile.

Once on, I turned to look at myself in the mirror and cocked my head to the side. I loved it. I absolutely loved it.

Why I Love This LC Lauren Conrad Top

Truth be told, I don’t own many (or even any) peasant tops. Although flowy silhouettes are feminine, I often feel my body gets lost in them. That’s not the case with this top. Despite its shape, it’s flattering, and I noticed immediately once I had it on that the neckline is to thank for that. The neckline highlights the collarbone, an attractive part of a women’s body. Sounds strange, but it’s true. ;)

On top of having a pretty neckline, the color and floral print of this top give it a feminine, effortless feel. I love how the print isn’t too loud thanks to its varying shades of the same blueish gray.

Get the Look

When styling flowy tops like this, I recommend tucking them in — especially when they’re paired with wide-leg jeans like the ones I’m wearing (last seen on The Stylish Print here). Doing so will help define the narrowest part of your figure.

Love Lauren Conrad as much as I do? If yes, then you have to check out her LC Lauren Conrad line for Kohl’s. I can’t get enough of the feminine details she incoporates into her clothing — we’re talking bows and florals galore! I’ve rounded up my favorite pieces for you below.
