Something that always fascinates me is an amazing photographer. Photographers tend to see the beauty in places, people and things in a way most people don’t. Jennifer Hubbell is one of those creative minds who knows how to capture magic in a moment.
I’ve worked with Jen on blog photos before (posts 1, 2 and 3), and of course, I couldn’t have been happier with them. But recently, Jen shot photos of my husband, Chase, and me to celebrate our second wedding anniversary.
To say we were blown away by these photos is an understatement. I look at them and am in awe. I am so excited to display the prints in our home.
For this shoot, I actually found the blush evening gown at Goodwill – if you didn’t know, I’m a huge fan of thrift shopping! – and the other was one I’ve had in my closet from our engagement photos (here’s the same one in navy!). And then you know I had to work in some Stella & Dot too. I’m wearing the Audrey Statement Earrings for both looks (they can be worn as a statement and a stud). In the lace gown, I’m also wearing the Sullivan Necklace with one of the strands removed.
I picked these looks with confidence after Jen sent me her top tips for getting the outfits just right before our shoot. The amount of information she gave us to prepare made Chase and me feel so comfortable before, during and after our session. Her passion and attention to detail truly show in the quality of her work and we couldn’t be more in love with the end result. (See more of our photos on her site and below.)
If you’re in the Phoenix area and are looking for a talented photographer to shoot your engagement or anniversary photos, I highly, highly, highly recommend Jennifer Hubbell Photography. Contact Jen here!
