Mascara is one product I refuse to leave the house without applying. I’m always on the hunt for the next best thing when it comes to mascara, so when I had the chance to test the new COVERGIRL Super Sizer by LashBlast Mascara, I obviously said YES.
Let’s get real. I’m picky about mascara, and if I try a new one that smudges, clumps or flakes, I won’t go near it again. That being said, I am a firm believer drugstore mascaras (this one is under $10!) can work as well as more expensive options.
This mascara’s slender brush makes it super easy to apply product to the base of the eyelashes and to reach the ones near the inner corner of my eye, which I find makes my eyes look more awake. The Super Sizer Mascara’s brush is also slightly wider toward the end of the wand, so when it is twirled during application, it fans the lashes out.
Another thing I love about this mascara is it gives my lashes volume and length (many mascaras seem to specialize in one or the other). It also doesn’t smudge on my brow bone throughout the day, which, as someone with oily skin, is a mascara pet peeve of mine.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with this product and definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a drugstore mascara that lives up to its name.
