To really express my love of Bluchic, I need to start from the beginning. In 2013, back when my blog was just a baby, I stumbled upon a free theme created by Bluchic for WordPress. At the time, I didn’t have a lot of money to spend, so it was the perfect solution for me to get going with my site. But I soon realized I wanted more customization and at first, I thought paying a web designer for a custom site was the only way to get that.
But it wasn’t.
I discovered on the Bluchic site they offered WordPress themes with way more customization than my free theme. And the kicker? They didn’t cost thousands of dollars but instead only $79! I began exploring all the pretty options and landed on one that was then called the Beverly Theme.
Since then, I’ve purchased two other themes from Bluchic. If you’ve been following along with me for a while, you may remember my site used to be called The Stylish Print and looked like the photo below thanks to the Rachel Theme.
I’ve also used and love the Maggie Theme (below) but wanted a website refresh as my business grew and changed, so I recently made the (easy) switch to the brand new ChicServe theme. I’m still amazed by how Bluchic continues to exceed my expectations with each design I buy.
